The Different Types of Inground Pools:

  • Concrete Inground Pools: inground pool builders prefer to use concrete to build the pool because of its durability, longevity, and porosity which allows the pool to hold the water for a greater duration. The maintenance of concrete inground pools is less expensive.  The inground pool builders just need to dig up a hole at the site, line the sides and bottoms with steel rods, and then give the pool the shape accordingly.
  • Fiberglass Inground Pools: Fiberglass pool building makes the work of inground pool builders much easier because they just have to fit the readymade fiberglass shell body inside the hole dug in the ground. The maintenance of fiberglass inground pool is comparatively expensive and the fiberglass breaks or gets damaged in ten to fifteen years. The positive point is they come in various shapes, designs, and sizes.
  • Alternative Finishes In-ground Pools: Alternative finishes such as pebble aggregate, stone scape, a glass alternative bead Crete can also be used by inground pool builders to build a pool. These pools are not durable and can last for about eight to twelve years.
  • Vinyl Inground Pool: They set Vinyl pools in the excavated ground after being framed with plastic or metal, making the work of inground pool builders more hectic.  Vinyl In-ground pools are not long-lasting and can last for ten to eighteen years when equipped with UV or fungus protectors.

Different Types of Above Ground Pools:

  • Hybrid Pools: Hybrid pools are constructed by combining steel and resin. Resin is water and sun resistant and therefore used for those parts of the pool which get exposed to water and sunlight. Steel is used to make the pool durable and long-lasting. These types of pools are less affected by rusting, discoloration, or corrosion.
  • Steel Framed Pools: Steel framed swimming pools are traditional pools and have been used for a long time because they are durable and long-lasting. Steel framed swimming pools are made by using zinc, galvanized steel or aluminum.
  • Resin framed pools: Resin framed pools are very user friendly because they are corrosion, rust and oxidation free. They can withstand the damages from sunlight and water, which are common problems faced by above ground pools. Another positive point of resin framed above ground pools is that they do not heat up like steel frames.
  • Radiant pools: Radiant pools are easy to maintain and install. We also known them as semi-in-ground pools because they come with the same longevity and affordability. Radiant Pools are built in uneven areas such as hilly terrains and slopes. These pools are so durable that they can last for a lifetime.
